The Department of Public Utilities, headed by Director Rusty Whisenhunt, is comprised of the Sewer System Technical, Sewer System Construction, Wastewater Maintenance, Wastewater Collection, Water Distribution, Southeast Water Treatment Plant, Medicine Park Water Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Divisions.

Street lights within the city are maintained by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO). If a street light is out you may submit a request to PSO by calling 888-216-3523 or visit Outages & Problems and fill in the requested information.
