Mission Statement

The Lawton Municipal Court has exclusive jurisdiction over criminal and traffic misdemeanor offenses in violation of city ordinances. The Office of the Court Clerk performs three main functions. One, it is the custodian of court files and the documents that they contain. Two, it accepts payments and collects fines, costs and fees as required by state and local law. Three, the Court Clerk schedules court dates and prepares court dockets for all hearings including arraignments, pre-trial conferences, trials and administrative matters.

Online Payments

Certain citations issued by the Lawton Police Department can be paid online, in the office, or through the mail.

Payments will be reviewed during court business hours and your online payment may therefore take between 72 and 96 hours before being processed and approved/rejected by the Court.
