Mission Statement

The Community Services Department is dedicated to continually improving the level of service we provide to the community. The Department includes the License and Permits, Inspection Services, RSVP, Home, Housing and Community Development, Neighborhood Services, and also provides oversight for the Lawton Area Transit System. The Community Services Department also provides staff assistance for the Lawton Urban Renewal Authority, the Lawton Economic Development Authority, and the Lawton Enhancement Trust Authority.
