The City of Lawton offers a wide variety of comprehensive programs to its benefit eligible employees. Who is Eligible
All employees who work at least 30 hours per week, and their eligible dependents, are eligible for benefits.
Coverage for Regular Full Time Employees, if properly elected, is effective on the first of the month immediately following 30 days of employment.
When Coverage Ends
If your employment ends, your coverage will end on the day you leave your position. Depending upon the circumstances of when you leave employment at the City of Lawton, you may be able to continue coverage under COBRA. Supplemental Benefits are portable upon leaving the City of Lawton.

- Your dependent children who are under age 26
