Employee Paid Dental Coverage

The City of Lawton's dental coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. There are three dental plans available that vary in level of coverage and network. Employee’s may select a plan based on their budget and coverage needs. These voluntary plans cover a range of services such as as exams, x-rays, and cleanings. The Orthodontia is covered at 50%, only if you select the High Plan.  

All dental premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis. Premium amounts vary based on plan selection and number of dependents covered.
