History of Soulful Story
Soulful Story was originally developed as an initiative of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to promote the stories of African-Americans who have contributed to the history of Oklahoma. The Soulful Story Committee, the Friends of the Library, and the Lawton Public Library have continued this tradition.
