Need to have the female body talk, but don’t know where to start? Let us help unravel one of puberty’s most notable milestones. Included will be a discussion of the female anatomical body parts involved in menstruation, the stages of the menstruation cycle & what it is as well as the symptoms that are associated with the cycle.
